Hi, I'm Coach Willena McGee, RN, BSN.

I've consulted with hundreds of healthcare providers and personally coached over a dozen companies all the way to launch in the last 5 years.

I'm a registered nurse with more than 20 years in healthcare, an AAA-accredited NEMT training provider, and the founder of WM NEMT Startup Coach®.

I built my first non-emergency medical transportation company broker-first. I waited 22 months on a broker and never knew self-pay was an option. I shut that company down.
